Aarush Trust is a registered Trust / NGO for Children with Special Needs. Assistance in various beneficial therapies like occupational , physio, speech, music therapy and others.Assistance in enrolment, certification and insurance Assistance : medical insurance for special child niramaya, disability certificate, railway concession certificate, UDID Registration, pension, other concession certificates, income tax provisions, and others.
The category of Divyangjan we focus upon are with Intellectual disability as mentioned above along with other disabilities. We have seen that it is physically and economically challenging tasks for parents of divyang children and institutions to carry children to established centres due various reasons like physical difficulty to carry the divyang child, cost of travel, stay during therapy, continual visit requirements, pandemic, availability of good clinician and therapists etc. Due to the same many of the parents and caregivers stop the therapies and the child suffers with the parents in the longer run.
We too assist such parents and institutions from time to time. If we make our activities mobile this function will enhance reach and ease the parents and institutions and caregiving centres. We intend to now take our work a step ahead in addition to Hospitals OPD and our Activity Centre, by going to the organisations, villages, community gatherings in their place of origin. In this endeavour we have identified the said project with its ongoing expenses based on our 6 years plus experience. This includes a fully equipped mobile medical & therapy centre, a team of our NGO, therapists, practitioners, doctors and volunteers.
Arush Trust for Children with Special Needs intends to be the row model of hope and good well-being for the community in CAMM - Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Mental Retardation & Multiple Disability.
We intend to make a social impact in society by bringing forth the policy requirements, problems, issues, guidelines, and change management needed for inclusive living for children and their families managing the above disabilities.
