Today she handles Parent counseling with 3 Hospital OPD and assists a team of doctors in understanding parent requirements on an analytical front. She assists parents when they come with little or no knowledge as a parent to deal with and face various hurdles during medical and non-medical requirements with their Divyang child. Assisting more than 23 NGOs and increasing their need for Child care, Insurance, Government Schemes, and Psychological counseling.
She is acknowledged and facilitated for her work by various NGOs, Institutions, and Political and Non-political dignitaries for her service to society at multiple levels.

Pediatric Cardiologist
Dr. Santosh Joshi did his MBBS from the prestigious Seth G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and his MD in Pediatrics from B. J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. He has worked as Asstt. Professor in Pediatrics and Neonatology at B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. He did his Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology from Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore, and also worked there as Senior Fellow in Paediatric cardiac intensive care and Paediatric cardiology. His academic interests include transcatheter interventions, hybrid techniques for the management of congenital heart disease, and Foetal Cardiology. He heads a unique department in Surya Hospital dedicated to early diagnosis, management, and counseling of congenital heart defects when a baby is still in the womb.
He is our guiding star in the medical and clinical understanding of special , divyang children and the management of AARUSH projects.
Ph.D., Consultant – Program Manager
A scientist by training he is former India Country Manager for URS-Radian International, USA. He worked as Presidential Fellow at the Risk Reduction Engineering Laboratory of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Cincinnati OH, USA as a researcher for remedial clean up, and sustainable technologies for Superfund sites. He subsequently joined Ohio EPA as a Project Specialist for various types of Hazardous Waste Management. As a Country Manager he was responsible for business development and execution of World Bank funded projects. In closely working with the World Bank and the Ministry of Environment and Forests of Government of India he introduced concepts and initiatives in water management, effluent treatment etc at the grassroots level. He continues as a consultant on various EPCOM projects.
He is the founder member of Aarush Trust. He has keen interest in social upliftment and empowerment of systemically challenged individuals. He uses his wide national and international network to spread the good work of Aarush Trust.

SHe is a founder member of Aarush Trust. His mission with Aarush trust is to empower parents of divyang children with information and correct tools to effectively deal with day-to-day difficulties, and lead an everyday life for them and their special child.
He is a Management Leader and currently working as Senior Director of Sales in an IT Company with a rich experience across the industry for more than 23 Years. Specializing in Knowledge Management, IT Automation, Project Implementation Management, Human Resources, and Enterprise Information Management and has in-depth Industry and business verticals.
He has also been honored in various positions in NGO Environment and Associations like Rotary Club Dombivli, Rotary Club Hinjewadi, Rotaract Club Nigdi, and Rotaract Club Chembur in the last 25 years and worked on many service projects for the betterment of the community.

He is a socially active individual helping Aarush Trust in all their networking and administrative back-office efforts. May it be Infrastructure requirements, project planning, or mobilising individuals, his experience from his organisations helps in day-to-day working and Aarush projects.
He is working with an MNC as an Administrative Charge handling all his organisational activities and administrations. He is a Workmaster who believes in hands-on methods to deal with organisational on-ground issues. His experience in Recrutement, CSR, Administration, and Project Management is commended in his organisation from time to time.
